be[FORECLOSURE] - Pilot Episode (2016)
Role: Creator, Director, Producer, Writer, Animator, Supervising Editor. Description: This was my passion project. The show started as an animated web-series I came up with in high school that drew inspiration from my time working at a video store. Three years and one successful pitch later, my program greenlit this, along with 8 other pilots, to go into production Fall of 2015. Uncle Stan (2015-Present)
Role: Co-Creator, Co-Producer, Lead Editor, Writer, Actor Description: A web-series following the surreal adventures of "Uncle Stan", a very unqualified entertainment reporter. "Uncle Stan" was created by Charles Elphick, Adam Howell and myself. Charles and I write the show in a rather unique way, as about 75% of the dialogue happens on location with verbal cues between one another. The other 25% is discussed before heading on-location briefly. Charles also plays the titular character. |

Good Morning Society! (2014)
& The Late Early Show with Ryan McDougall (2015) Role: Producer, Writer, Editor (after the live production) Description: For my studio production class, I was given the task of writing and producing a live show with the help of my classmates. The first time, I chose to do an intentionally awful morning show with more than enough problems within its cast of crew members. The second time, I created a late night show that takes place a little too late (4 AM) and had the host go a little nuts because of the death time slot and the lack of interesting guests. It was a unique experience altogether, but the main thing I took away from both productions was a sense of leadership that I never knew I had until I was thrust into that producer chair. Looking back at both projects now, I'm glad I chose the surrealist approach because apparently I was the first to do so with the guideline we were given. |
Watch Where You're Going! PSA (2015)
NOTE: Volume's a bit low! Role: Director, Producer, Writer, Editor Description: "Watch Where You're Going!" is a PSA on proper walk etiquette. I wrote this comedic skit for our PSA assignment in BRTV's first year Camera and Lighting class. I got to work with my fellow classmates again as well as actual actors, the latter of which I had never gotten to do before. |

"Life's a Drag" A Documentary by Matt Roberts (2015)
Role: Editor Description: Matthew Roberts is a fellow student in BRTV whose documentary idea, Life's a Drag, was chosen to go into production Fall 2014. He asked me to be his editor, a role I took to quite nicely. Having never really looked into the world of Drag, the entire experience was educational for me and thankfully, the viewers as well. The editing process went smoothly and seeing our project on the big screen was really amazing and prompted me to keep working on my pilot idea until it got the same treatment. |
